There are many stories of overcoming illness and disease, but did you know that there is more than just overcoming? The rest of the story is about how we will thrive as we follow God's plan of rest on His Holy Day! That's right! God created the 7th day for humanity. A day to rejuvenate, heal and learn more about how we are strengthened when we follow the steps He laid out for us. 

 

Exodus 20:8 8 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.  Six days you shall labor and do all your work,  but the seventh day is a sabbath to the LORD your God.
